The pipe under the dishwasher began to cause a flood in the patio. Lee and a plumber jackhammered and dug down 18 inches to find that, when the house was built, the two parts of the pipe had just been laid in and not connected, and then were cemented over. Over the years the cement finally eroded.
Lee cemented the floor back together and put in a new wall.
Hooray, Lee! (and Vincent, the plumber)
